Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Martin Easley, Founder and CEO of NESCorp, National Educational Support Corporation, has been in MEP Design, HVAC and instruction for more than 25 years. Over the years he has been involved in a myriad of assignments such as: Underground utility construction, residential HVAC service, installation, maintenance, estimating, load calculations, and sales. Mr. Easley also has experience in MEP Coordination/Value engineering, residential energy auditing via BPI. In addition to this former HVAC instructor with US DOL Charleston Job Corp Center, NATE trainer/proctor, ESCO Institute proctor, and an OSHA Outreach Trainer (10 and 30 hour). On the educational/training side Easley has been involved with curriculum design to better serve the learner. Mr. Easley has a heightened interest and passion to provide quality training and education to all that he engages in order to make a viable contribution to society for generations to come. This is the main drive behind the vision to start NESCorp. Mr. Easley was recently appointed Chairman for the SkillsUSA and has served as a State Director for the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association. Mr. Easley’s passion is to make a noticeable difference everywhere he goes and with everyone that he encounters.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Bragg, COO of NESCorp, attended the Laurel High School Trade and Industry Program where his focus was in HVACR. He then began working in the trade and attending Associated builders and contractor’s four-year apprenticeship training. He has been in the HVAC industry for 38 years and a business owner of 20 years in the industry. Mr. Bragg has been transitioning away from his business to focus on education. He began his education career as an instructor at a local Career Technical College where he taught tier 3 classes, including the EPA 608 certification, 410a safety, commercial systems, boilers and heating and specialized equipment. Mr. Bragg’s main focus as an instructor is to get the students as much tactile training as possible while reviewing theory in the lab as it pertains to the daily task of the student.
Chief Operating Officer
Darron Williams, COO of NESCorp, has a 15+ year teaching tenure in the medical assisting curriculum; focused on several different facets of the medical field. Mr. Williams delivers both tactile and technical content meeting the needs of today’s industry to well over a thousand students throughout his tenure. His student satisfaction surveys over the years reflect an enthusiastic, informative instructor who caters his lectures to the adult learner in three distinct ways which are: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning. This model has been used by new-hires and current instructors who look to connect with the millennial student and may have difficulty accomplishing that outcome. Mr. Williams’ current and previous work experience in the community health systems and in education have given him a solid foundation to bring relevant work history to both the classroom and online environments.
Chief of IT & Development
Doc 'DaKari' Williams, is currently the DOI for NESCorp as well as the CEO of the Toolkit and founder of FIT (Functional Integrated Training) Labs. He was the former CTO Rush Club Nation. 'Doc' is a Marketing Consultant, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Massage Therapist, Gym Owner, and Certified Drone Pilot. Accomplishments include 2016 Olympic Medic Staff, 2015 Arnold Sports Fest third-place finalist in America's Next Great Trainer challenge, a massage therapist for DC Brawlers for two seasons.
Chief Process Officer
Kristina Norcross, CPO of NESCorp, has an Associate’s degree from the Business Administration program. Ms. Norcross was offered a position by the Director of one of local Career Technical Colleges and held the position as Bursar for almost 2 years. Due to her creative, efficient, and highly organized skill set, Ms. Norcross had established processes and procedures for her role where there was once previously a deficit and has since been implemented across the board. Ms. Norcross’ time in higher education, coupled with her love for people, has led her passionate drive to brining better education, training, and empowerment to all generations.
Chief Administrative Officer
Meredith Barrett, CAO of NESCorp, was the Assistant Manager at Palace Lounge in Martinsburg, WV, and has mastered the art of customer service from her 15 years’ experience from the hospitality industry. Ms. Barrett obtained her Associate’s Degree from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. Barrett received the Spirit Award in the fall of 2013, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and graduated with honors. Ms. Barrett also completed an externship with events and banquets at Hollywood Casino at Charlestown Races and Slots and she went on to continue her education at Shepherd University and graduated with a Regency Bachelors of Arts with an emphasis in Business degree.
